888 Breathing to calm your mind, and body, 
not to mention your breathing

888 Breathing is a great technique to regain control of breathing rhythm.  






Here is how the 888 breathing technique works; 
  1. inhale slowly over 8 seconds
  2. hold your breath for 8 seconds
  3. exhale slowly over 8 seconds

You may repeat these steps as many times as you feel necessary to regain control of your breathing and calm your mind and body.

While holding your breath in step 2, try to take in your environment, maybe even close your eyes if possible, to notice sounds and heighten other senses.

You will find that the 888 breathing technique will help you get a feeling of calmness and clarity.
