a senior citizen, a body builder, or a fitness enthusiast, Pilates
is perfectly suited for you!

you to choose which form of Pilates is best suited for you. You

As always, REZA will provide amenities such as mats,
blankets, blocks, straps and sandbags, water and towels free of
charge.
