  REZA's exclusive North Scottsdale studio is the home of belly dancing workshops.

Belly Dance with Carrie E. to experience your grace and beauty. Carrie teaches through the philosophy of self empowerment by showing all that they hold the power within their being to set themselves free.

Connect with your central goddess and explore a physical body awareness of your chakra system.

All workshop and class fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. There is a $100 fee for changing reservations to a different workshop than the one originally reserved.

Workshop facilitated by Carrie E. (as seen on News Channel 3’s Your Life A to Z).

You will learn a variety of moves including: arm work and neck movements; hip, shoulder and body shimmies; figure eights and body circles; undulations; floor walks including Basic, Grapevines, Crosswalk, Butterfly, and Rocking Horse.

REZA is the perfect home for the beginner or advanced alike.

Do let your teacher know about injuries or conditions that might affect your performance.

REZA's Cycling Philosophy

If you have ever taken a cycling class from Reza, you have probably heard him say; cycling cures everything. Reza truly means that.

Since early 2001 Reza has been changing the lives of people with this simple approach.

Beginner and advanced alike can make cycling a regular part of their fitness routine. And if your time is very limited and you can only exercise a couple of hours a week, then cycling will give you all the Cardio and fat-burning work-out you'll need, according to Reza.

It is no wonder so many people get addicted to cycling. Once you have experienced the RUSH you get from a great cycling class, you'll have a hard time settling for anything else.

Reza takes teaching seriously. It is his passion. His goal is to challenge you in a way no one has before. Reza believes that there is an athlete somewhere inside you and he is determined to help you find that hidden beast inside.

With Reza's direction and motivation you are sure to find more power, more drive, and more mental toughness than you ever thought you could.

Reza offers group classes for people of every fitness level.

He also accepts on a case by case basis private clients. If you are a professional athlete and you need to do specific heart-zone training, increase your cardiorespiratory fitness level, increase leg power and endurance, then please contact Reza by email for an appointment.
